Brief Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - Electrical and Control to join our team. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical and control systems for our projects. Your expertise in electrical engineering and control systems will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our systems.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of electrical and control systems, including power distribution, motor control, and automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and control systems with mechanical, hydraulic, and software systems
- Conduct site visits to inspect and commission electrical and control systems
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for electrical and control systems
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical and control technologies

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering - Electrical or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC Programming and hands-on exposure to PLC programming is mandatory 
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
