Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the design and development of innovative products and systems, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.
• Project Management: Manage design and development projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Apply advanced engineering principles and techniques to develop and optimize product designs.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in design and development processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and technical reports.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and development issues, providing creative and effective solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering-Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in design and development engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in pneumatics, motor calculations, including CAD software and other design tools.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring design and development teams.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex design and development projects.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
